FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: piston (10) for the internal combustion engine comprises a heat shield film (32) on the upper surface of the piston (10) land and the first heat-storage film (34) on the side surface of the piston (10) land. The heat-shield film (32) has a lower thermal conductivity than the main material of the piston (10), and has a smaller volumetric heat capacity than the main material of the piston. The first heat-storage film (34) has a lower thermal conductivity than the main material of the piston (10), but has a greater volumetric heat capacity than the heat-shield film (32). An internal combustion engine with a piston and a method for a piston manufacturing are disclosed.
EFFECT: prevention of fuel adherence to the side surface of the piston crest and a decrease of heating the piston working medium during the suction stroke in the engine.
