FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: external fractal WI-FI antenna, consisting of the radiator, manufactured on the printed circuit board. The radiator is made in the form of four Kochs' prefractals with the prefractal level m=2, connected in series with each other, having the L-type antenna geometry, located inside the housing, connected to the coaxial cable. The antenna represents the fractal microstrip antenna with such electrodynamic features as the antenna device operating range, which is 2350-2640 MHz, the minimum standing wave coefficient according to the voltage is 0.529 dBi and the peak amplification is 2.240 dBi.
EFFECT: simplification of the device and increase of manufacturability for the antennas use in the wireless telecommunications systems and complexes without transmission signal quality.
