FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal dust exhauster comprises a housing, a slurry tank, a nozzle for the dusty gas injection, a branch pipe for the purified gas outlet, an irrigation device with nozzles, in the central part of the housing there is a hollow perforated rod connected to a spraying device, along which the water film also drains, and which simultaneously serves as a guide element of the gas flow twist. In this case, the ratio of the D device diameter to the interaxial distance H2 between the inlet and outlet nozzles is in the optimal range of values: D/H2=0.18÷0.19, and the ratio of the D device diameter to the H1 device height is in the optimal range of values: D/H1=0.13÷0.14. Nozzle for spraying liquids contains a hollow body with a nozzle and the central core. Casing is made with channel for liquid supply and contains coaxial rigidly connected with is sleeve with nozzle secured in its bottom part, nozzle is made in form of cylindrical two-step sleeve, top cylindrical step is connected by means of the thread joint with central cylindrical core having part-through internal central hole and installed with ring clearance relatively to the internal surface of the cylindrical sleeve. The mentioned annular gap is communicated with at least three radial channels made in the mentioned two-step sleeve to communicate it with annular cavity formed by sleeve inner surface and top cylindrical step outer surface, the annular cavity being connected to the channel of the housing for liquid supply. The diffuser is rigidly attached to the central core, at its lower part, and is made in the form of a truncated cone coaxial to the central hole of the core and attached by its upper base to the base of the cylinder of the central core, and a divider is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes. A divider is made in the form of an end circular plate whose edges are bent towards the annular gap, and screw grooves are provided on the outer lateral surface of the truncated cone. In the divider, which is attached to the bottom base of the truncated cone by at least three spokes and is made as a round end plate the edges of which are bent toward the annular gap, the throttle opening is made axially symmetric to the central hole of the central core. In this case, the external diffuser is coaxially attached to the hub rigidly connected to the housing in its lower part, and the lower base of the truncated cone of a nebulizer rigidly attached to the central core in its lower part, at that, on the outer side surface of the truncated cone there are screw grooves, the inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation.
