FIELD: cleaning devices.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Scrubber comprises housing with conical and cylindrical parts and mud collector, dusty gas intake pipe, clean gas discharge pipe and sprayer. Spraying device includes an external pipeline with lower and upper nozzles embedded in the body, installed along the perimeter of the spraying device pipeline supplying water, surface-shaped, equidistant surface of the scrubber body. Irrigation device is made in the form of an injecting nozzle. Nozzle contains a hollow body with a nozzle and central core. Body is provided with a liquid supply channel and includes a coaxial bushing rigidly attached to it. In the lower part of the bushing a nozzle is fixed, made in the form of a cylindrical two-stage bushing. Upper cylindrical step of the bushing is connected by means of a threaded connection with a coaxially aligned central core, having a central hole and installed with an annular gap with respect to the inner surface of the cylindrical bushing. Annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels made in the two-stage bushing, connecting it to the annular cavity, formed by bushing inner surface and upper cylindrical stage outer surface. Annular cavity is interconnected with the housing channel for liquid supply. Sprayer is rigidly fixed to central core in its lower part. Sprayer is made in the form of a truncated cone, coaxially with the central hole of the core and attached with its upper base to the base of the cylinder of the central core. Splitter is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes, which is made in the form of an end circular plate whose edges are bent towards the annular gap, and on the outer side surface of the truncated cone there are screw grooves. In the nozzle divider, which is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone, a throttle hole is made asymmetrically to the central hole of the central core. External diffuser is coaxially attached to the bushing, which is rigidly connected with the nozzle body in its lower part. Inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the lower base of the truncated cone of the sprayer rigidly attached to the central core so that the output sections of the outer and inner diffusers lie in the same plane.
EFFECT: technical result: improving the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the degree of spraying of liquid by nozzles.
