FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed scrubber includes a housing made of the upper and lower sections, a branch pipe to feed dusty gas, a liquid trap furnished with a centrifugal swirler and a branch pipe to withdraw liquid from the liquid trap, a spraying system, plates with a stabiliser, a cyclic-spraying nozzle and a mud collector. A vibrator is installed on at least one plate, and the vibrator is made in the form of the peripheral part of the plates and is fixed directly on the plates, or the vibrator is made in the form of the central part of the plates and fixed directly on the plates. The vibrator is fixed directly on the housing in the place where the plates are located, and has toroidal shape. The stabiliser cells are square. The ratio of the stabiliser height hc to the cell width bc is in the optimal range of hc/bc= 1.51.8. The plates are perforated with plate thickness ratio ht to the diameter of holes do, are in the optimal range of ht/do= 0.51.5, or the plates are slotted with plate thickness ratio ht to the slot width bo, are in optimal range of ht/bo= 0.81.5. The housing height ratio H to the diameter D is in the optimal range of H/D=4.06.5, the housing diameter ratio D to liquid trap diameter D1 is in the optimal range of D/D1= 1.21.25, the ratio of the housing diameter D to the diameters of the inlet and outlet branches D2 is in the optimal range of D/D2=2.02.5. The irrigation device is made in the nozzle form, containing a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. The body is provided with a channel for supplying liquid and comprises of a coaxial rigidly connected bushing with a nozzle fixed in its lower part in the form of a cylindrical two-stage bushing, the upper cylindrical stage of which is connected by means of a threaded connection to a coaxial central core having a central hole and provided with an annular clearance to the inner surface of the cylindrical bushing. The annular clearance is connected to at least three radial channels, formed in the cylindrical two-step bushing, connecting it to the annular cavity, formed by the inner surface of the bushing and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical stage. The annular cavity is connected to the body channel for supplying liquid. The sprayer is rigidly fixed to the central core at its lower part, and is made in the form of truncated cone, coaxial to the central hole of the core and attached with its upper base to the cylinder base of the central core, and a divider is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes, the sprayer is made in the form of end circular plate, which edges are bent toward the annular gap, and on the outer side surface of the truncated cone there are screw grooves. In the divider, which is attached to the bottom base of the truncated cone by at least three spokes and is made in the form of round end plate, which edges are bent toward the annular gap, the throttle opening is made axially symmetric to the central hole of the central core. The external diffuser is coaxially attached to the bushing, rigidly connected to the housing in its lower part, and the lower base of the sprayer truncated cone rigidly attached to the central core in its lower part. On the outer side surface of the truncated cone there are screw grooves, the internal perforated diffuser is coaxially attached in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
