FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal gas scrubber contains a body, a nozzle for the injection of dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of purified gas, an irrigation device with injectors and a slurry tank. Spraying device constructed as at least three water reservoirs, each of which establishes at least three nozzles for irrigation of the walls of the shell, with the twist direction sprayed liquid in each water manifold opposite twist. Each nozzle contains a hollow body with an atomizer and central core. The body is provided with a channel for supplying liquid and includes a coaxial bushing rigidly connected to it and an atomizer, fixed in its lower part, designed as a cylindrical two-stage bushing. The upper cylindrical stage of the bushing is connected to the coaxial central core via a threaded connection. The central core has a central hole and provided with an annular clearance to the inner surface of the cylindrical bushing. The annular clearance is connected to at least three radial channels formed in a two-stage bushing connecting it to an annular cavity formed by the inner surface of the bushing and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical stage. The annular cavity is connected to the channel of the body for supplying liquid. A spraying device in the form of a truncated cone is rigidly attached to the lower part of the central core and coaxial to the central hole of the core and attached by its upper base to the base of the central core cylinder. A splitter is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes and is made in the form of an end circular plate the edges of which are bent toward the annular clearance. There are spiral grooves on the outer lateral surface of the truncated cone. A throttle opening is provided in the splitter axisymmetrically to the central hole of the central core. An external diffuser is co-axially attached to the lower part of the bushing, which is rigidly connected to the body. An inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the lower base of the truncated cone of the spraying device in such a way that the outlet cross-sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane.
