SUBSTANCE: invention is described including application of a non-covalent immobilized complex of neonatal Fc-receptor and beta-2-microglobulin (b2m), associated with the chromatographic material, as a ligand for affinity chromatography during affinity chromatography with an ascending linear gradient of pH, where the non-covalent complex of neonatal Fc- receptor (FcRn) and beta-2-microglobulin (b2m) is biotinylated, and the chromatographic material is modified with streptavidin. For one version, affinity chromatography with an ascending linear gradient of pH is used to separate antibodies or chimeric polypeptides comprising at least a Fc-portion.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of drugs used as ligands in affinity chromatography with an ascending linear gradient of pH.
