SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to an IgG class Fc-region, which has reduced binding capabilities to the human neonatal Fc-receptor, as well as to a bispecific antibody that specifically binds to human VEGF and to human ANG-2 containing it. Also a pharmaceutical preparation for treatment of ocular vascular disease is disclosed, as well as the use of the above antibody in the manufacture of a drug for treatment of ocular vascular disease. Also the invention relates to a method for treating a patient suffering from ocular vascular diseases by administering the above antibody to a patient.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently produce an antibody that has reduced binding to the human neonatal Fc-receptor.
