FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and is intended for extracorporeal insemination (ECI). For this purpose in uterus neck introduced is tip in form of catheter with conic end in its distal part. Then conic end is pressed to external orifice of cervical canal of uterus neck. After that air mixture is injected through tip into uterus cavity, which is evenly distributed in uterus cavity, when passing through net-sparger. And net-sparger is placed on conic end of uterus tip.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to crease in uterus cavity pressure necessary for tight fastening of embryo to predecidual endometrium, which contributes to successful implantation of embryo.
