SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for preparation of dry, wet, plastic and liquid mixtures used in any industry, as well as for wet and dry grinding of materials. Apparatus comprises a rotatable working tank 4, an axle 9 fitted with at least one arm 12 with a vane 13 having a removable cutting blade 14. Axle 9 has a longitudinal opening 16 for connecting the working chamber with the external environment through a valve 18 and a longitudinal opening 17 connected to the cavities of the arm and the vane. Cutting blade 14 is fixed in a slot longitudinal opening of the vane to form a slot gap between the end of the vane and the end edge of the cutting blade.
EFFECT: providing high grinding efficiency and size homogeneity of ground material, reduced blade wear.
