FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the risk of regional metastasis of breast cancer. The molecular biological subtype of breast cancer, the absence or presence of lymphovascular invasion, the absence or presence of an intraductal component, and the value of the PD-L1 expression coefficient in the tumor parenchyma are determined. Then, based on the obtained indicators, the risk of regional metastasis (Y) is calculated, and if Y is more than 15.63, a high risk of regional metastasis is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows to adjust the treatment of breast cancer by identifying a group of patients at high risk of regional metastasis by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
