FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: state monitoring device inside turbine units and steam turbines parts consists of locks to provide access without opening the flow parts of the steam turbine during operation, both on the rotorbarring and at full stop of the turbines, video probes entering the endoscope unit with the registrar, different directivity light flux set. All actions to determine the location of the position of the endoscopic node relative to the data acquisition from video probes are coordinated with a calibrated synchrodicator located stationary on the shaft of the steam turbine, which, through feedback through the processing center, controls the location of the video probes relative to the blade system and the setting elements.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to automatically visualize the elements inside the turbine units and parts of the steam turbines settings without opening them during operation, both on the rotorbarring and at full stop of the turbines.
