FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: device for changing the elements operating frequency contains: the logic circuit of the controller, at least partially embodied in the hardware and designed to control the access to one or more non-volatile devices at least partially based on the response from each of one or several non-volatile devices. The controller logical circuit is designed to change the operating frequency of the bus that connects one or more non-volatile memory devices to the logic circuit of the controller in response to determination, that the response indicates that each of one or more non-volatile devices is customized. The logic circuit of the controller is designed to change the operating frequency in response to the command in which, at least partially in response to the locking command or the locking status bit value, the controller logical circuit will not cause the change in response to the request, initiated by the software.
EFFECT: changing of the bus operating frequency, which connects one or more non-volatile memory devices.
