FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: mesh horizontal filter contains a housing, inlet and outlet branch pipes, a spray nozzle and filter elements, which are rotating metal meshes connected to a snail connected by a bypass pipe to an inlet pipe and a hydraulic gate to drain the sludge into a settler. The spray nozzle includes a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. The body is provided with a channel for supplying liquid and comprises of a coaxial rigidly connected bushing with a nozzle fixed in its lower part in the form of a cylindrical two-stage bushing, the upper cylindrical stage of which is connected by means of a threaded connection to a coaxial central core having a central hole and provided with an annular clearance to the inner surface of the cylindrical bushing. The annular clearance is connected to at least three radial channels formed in a two-stage bushing connecting it to an annular cavity formed by the inner surface of the bushing and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical stage. The annular cavity is connected to the channel of the body for supplying liquid to the central core. A spraying device is rigidly attached to the central core, at its lower part, and is made in the form of a truncated cone coaxial to the central hole of the core and attached by its upper base to the base of the cylinder of the central core. A splitter is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes and is made in the form of an end circular plate the edges of which are bent toward the annular clearance. There are spiral grooves on the outer lateral surface of the truncated cone. A throttle opening is provided in the splitter axisymmetrically to the hole of the central core. An external diffuser is coaxially attached to the lower part of the bushing, which is rigidly connected to the body. To the lower base of the truncated cone of the spraying device an internal perforated diffuser is coaxially attached in such a way that the outlet sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation by increasing the liquid atomization level of nozzles.
