SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet dust collecting equipment. Scrubber comprises a body including a conical, cylindrical portion and a slurry container, nozzle for the injection of dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of purified gas, irrigation device, including an external pipeline with embedded lower and upper nozzles, ratio of the diameter of the apparatus D to the diameter of the inlet pipe D_o is in the optimum range of magnitudes: D/D_o=2.2–2.5, and the ratio of the height of the apparatus H to the diameter of the inlet branch pipe D_o is in the optimum range of magnitudes: H/D_o=4.8–5.7, injectors are made with a screw conical swirler, each of the nozzles comprises a housing and coaxially disposed, rigidly connected to it in the upper part, a fitting with an inlet cylindrical hole connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the housing, on which a perforated disk is disposed, and in the lower part of the body there is located, axisymmetric to the body, a nozzle with three projections centering it in an axial cylindrical chamber, the nozzle is provided with a central hole on whose inner surface a screw thread is made, and between the perforated disk and the nozzle is placed a hollow helical conical swirler with a screw thread, the nozzle is pressed against the nozzle body by a threaded washer with a central confuser.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
