FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust-collecting technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases. Combination cyclone comprises a body, a peripheral gas flow inlet configured as an inlet tangential branch pipe, a hopper connected to the lower conical part of the cyclone, and an outlet pipe, in the lower part of which holes are formed, and a nozzle assembly comprising at least one nozzle forming a fine spray nozzle is mounted in the upper part. Each of the nozzles comprises a hollow cylindrical body, in the upper part of which an external thread is made for connection to the connection of a distribution pipeline for supplying liquid, and in the lower part of the body, an external thread is made for connection with a divergent vortex flow. Body has an inner cylindrical chamber which serves to supply liquid, in a cylindrical chamber, coaxially with it, a swirler is installed with a clearance relative to the inner side surface of the chamber. Vortex flow dissector is fixed to the body by means of a casing having an internal thread and made in the form of a ring to which two diametrically located vertical plates are attached, connected in the lower part by a horizontally arranged rod, in the middle of which there is a second swirler, made in the form of a disk with helical blades, embracing the rod in its middle part with a clearance and having stops at the edges in the form of disks arranged perpendicular to the rod. In the cylindrical chamber, a hollow conical swirler is coaxially installed with a gap with respect to the inner lateral surface of the chamber, made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through thread, the vertex of the conical surface of the hollow conical swirl is fixed to the end surface of the rod.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
