FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: sealing is passed in two steps. At the first step, the indented electrodes are used. These electrodes make it possible to impact the weldments, to produce the required contact area for heat density for sealing and to get rid of the skellering and curvature of rings weldments. Since then, the current impulse is skipped among electrodes. With the result that the thermal power is liberated, metal plates are warmed up within the contact area and their sealing is carried out. At the second step, the electrodes are switched to flat tips and are exerted more pressure. This permits to better impact the weldments and complement their unit package. After that, the second more powerful current impulse is skipped among electrodes. This impulse warms the whole component parts assy through and enhances their ductility property.
EFFECT: more compact holding of weldments and of the whole assy and magnetic circuit gaining.
