FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: measuring element for the current protection of cable lines contains a housing with a cover, movable guiding links. The body is made in the form of a parallelepiped. The cover is fixed to the case with screws. The holes are made in the end wall of one side of the body, into which a U-shaped bracket is inserted and fixed with the help of a screw from the outside so that the shelves of the U-shaped bracket protrude inside the housing. There is a corner below the shelves of the U-shaped bracket on the inner side of the end wall of the housing. On the large sides of the case, closer to its bottom, through holes are symmetrically made, into which two studs with thread are inserted. Each stud with the help of a yoke and screws is fixed firmly on the bottom of the case. At the ends of the studs, with the help of nuts, movable guiding links are fixed, which are designed to cover the current carrying cable. The bar is inclined inside the body, the lower end of which is attached to the hinge, fixed on the bottom of the case. The upper end of the bar is designed with the possibility of a stop or on the upper shelf of the U-shaped bracket, or on the corner. On the upper and lower sides of the strip at an equal distance and parallel to each other with the help of clamps and screws, n magnetically controlled elements are fixed and connected in parallel wires and connected to the terminal block fixed on the bottom of the case.
