SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nucleic acids encoding proteins that have phosphatidic acid phosphatase activity. The nucleotide sequences of said nucleic acids are shown in SEQ ID NOs: 1, 4, 5. The invention also relates to mutant variants of these nucleotide sequences. The invention relates to a protein having phosphatidic acid phosphatase activity and its mutant variants. The amino acid sequence of said protein is shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. The present invention relates to an expression recombinant vector comprising one of said nucleic acids. The invention also relates to a host cell transformed with this recombinant vector. The said host cell is intended for the production of phosphatidic acid phosphatase.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain new proteins with phosphatidic acid phosphatase activity.
