FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method is performed by measuring the magnetic field in an ellipsoidal sample with a magnetic fluid. The sample contains a flat cavity with one sensor for measuring the magnetic field by magnetic resonance. The magnetic field is found as the ratio of the difference in magnetic resonance frequencies when an external magnetic field is induced in parallel with the sensor and perpendicular to the plane with the sensor to the gyromagnetic ratio of the particles in the magnetic resonance sensor.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measurements of the magnetization of the magnetic fluid and decrease the required minimum volume of the test sample.
