SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by performing real-time observation in addition to onespherical layer in three other spherical layers while simultaneously equalizing the resolution of the image. For each of these spherical layers, the television control of the situation in real time is carried out at a spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in the elevation.
EFFECT: increased area of the spatial spherical area controlled by the television camera by eliminating the limitation of the spherical space area observed by the television camera of the computer system, preventing a change in the resolution value of the image generated by the ring photoreceiver within a frame which changes toward a decrease toward the outer periphery of the sensor due to the increasing size of the gap between its light-sensitive elements having the same index of the geometric area.
