FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: observation is performed by a computer system using a sensor unit consisting of two photoreceivers in the form of a circular ring target and intended for viewing in a spherical region of space occupying two oppositely located spherical layers. Herewith for each of these spherical layers, the television control of the situation in real time is carried out at a spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in the elevation angle. An aperture forming unit (AFU) is input into the television camera, the information input of which is connected to the output of the reset pulses of the "circular" sweep unit, synchronizing the AFU input to the corresponding output of the "circular" sweep unit, and the AFU output - to the third control input of the "circular" sweep unit, wherein the light-sensitive elements and, accordingly, the area of the screened elements on the "circular" targets of the first and the second photodetectors from row to row is different, increasing as one moves to the outer periphery to a maximum value not exceeding the pixel area of their "circular" shift register.
EFFECT: alignment of the television camera image resolution, which is equivalent to increasing the clarity of the image observed by the operator.
