FIELD: security systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by means of sensor, consisting of two "annular" photodetectors, in various spherical layers of surrounding spherical area. Result is achieved by performing real-time observation additionally to one spherical layer and in other three spherical layers, wherein for each of said spherical layers of television surveillance in real time is carried out in a spatial angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle.
EFFECT: technical result is increased area of spatial spherical area, monitored by a television camera.
