FIELD: surveillance systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by television camera with all-round view in a region closer to a hemisphere, that is, in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle. Result is achieved by the fact that an electric image inscribing unit (EIIU) is introduced into the video card, which implements (inserts) the "ring" frame of the television camera programmatically into a "rectangular" raster of the computer monitor, and in the mode of observation of the panoramic scene, the entire EIIU input is connected to the output of the RAM block per frame.
EFFECT: technical result is provided possibility of controlling the panoramic plot entirely (in full).
