SUBSTANCE: lesion is treated with a laser using the dermal-optic thermolysis technology. An application photosensitizer is applied to the skin. After a certain time, sufficient for its accumulation in the skin, a session of photodynamic irradiation of the skin lesion focus with the photodynamic irradiation source wavelength corresponding to the photosensitizer absorption peak is performed. The density of light energy is 200 J/cm2. After the procedure, moisturizer is applied to the skin.
EFFECT: method ensures skin color normalization for a long time, skin structure restoration by increasing its permeability for the photosensitizer.
