FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: recuperator contains a charged particle collector (1), a circular scanning device (3), a collector of reflected charged particles (4) in the form of an axisymmetric system of the cone-shaped electrodes (7) with an axial hole located in the housing (8). The electrodes (7) and the body (8) are made of carbon nanoporous material coated with a layer of graphene nanotubes (15). The ionistor type capacitor (6) consists of a dielectric body (10) with a channel (11) for supplying a coolant, a charging electrode (12), the second electrostatic electrode (14) made of carbon nanoporous material coated with a layer of graphene nanotubes (15), and the dielectric membrane separating them (13), on which the layer of graphene nanotubes (15) is applied on both sides. The working cavities (16) and (17) are filled with a solid, nanomodified electrolyte on a lithium base. The body (8) of the reflected particle collector is mounted on the charging electrode (12) of an ionistor type capacitor, on the axis of which an insulated reflector electrode (18) is located. A wire (23) for supplying voltage is connected to the reflector electrode (18), and the wires (24) and (25) are designed to remove electrostatic electricity.

EFFECT: possibility to achieve voltage on the capacitor electrodes up to 3-5 V and to provide a high capacity of electric charge, increasing the efficiency of energy recovery, reducing the heating of electrodes.
