SUBSTANCE: method includes a slag flow direction (12) from melting chamber (13) into storage reservoir (17) disposed below at least 5 m vertically from bark aperture (15), wherein in the slag stream is supplied with inertization additives (22) from reservoir (21) by means of tubular rod sprayer (18) associated with means of pneumatic supply (20) and reservoir (21), wherein additives (22) are supplied using a spray gun (18) through its outlet end, which is positioned providing impingement of additives flow (22) and slag flow in vertical elevation of the slag flow discharge point from melting furnace (11) less than or equal 3 m, and providing for additives (22) and a slag flow a space of at least 2 m and time for aggregation and stirring in a dynamic manner during their fall to downstream reservoir (17), and additives (22) by means of a supply (20) at the outlet of sprayer (18) are supplied at a speed of 3 m/s to 50 m/s and a pressure of 0.3 bar (30 kPa) to 6 bar (600 kPa).

EFFECT: increased product uniformity and homogeneity, regardless of the slag type and the conditions of its processing.
