SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vehicle and a method of arranging a self-discharge static electricity neutralizer for a vehicle. Vehicle contains: a body, a tire, a crankcase and a power management unit mounted on the body. Carter accommodates the power management unit. Power management unit includes an inverter and/or a converter. First predetermined element is mounted on the vehicle body. Electrical resistance between the first predetermined element and the vehicle body is greater than or equal to a second predetermined value. Self-discharging static neutralizer is connected to the first predetermined element. Self-discharging neutralizer is designed to produce negative air ions in the outside air, flowing through the surface of the self-discharging neutralizer, according to the positive potential by which the first predetermined element is charged. Transfer member connecting the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion with each other, that the electrical resistance between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion is less than or equal to the third predetermined value. First connecting portion is a portion of the first predetermined element within a predetermined range, in which the elimination of static electricity is performed by a self-discharge neutralizer of static electricity. Second connecting portion is a crankcase portion.

EFFECT: neutralization and elimination of static electricity of the power management unit is achieved.
