SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a single absorbent structure and a production method thereof, wherein the said single absorbent structure comprises an absorbent core (5) and/or an absorption and distribution layer (2) (3) and at least one layer of non-woven fibrous substrate (23) having a volume suitable for penetrating the superabsorbent particles. Superabsorbent particles are distributed in substrate layer (23) in accordance with their size distribution gradient by means of a vacuum (8') and vibration in the direction of depth or z-direction of the said absorbent core (5) and/or absorption layers (2) and distribution (3), the smaller particles are located on the side of the absorbent articles facing the body, and the larger particles are located on the opposite side of the absorbing products.
