FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to fix the dusting surface and recultivation of disturbed lands occupied by the tailing dump and containing toxic processing waste of crude tin ore contaminated with heavy metals (HM). The composition contains bio-coal, natural zeolites and technogenic components, characterized in that clinoptilolite is used as a natural zeolite, and technogenic components are wastes of ore-enrichment of tin-containing raw materials, with the grain-size grade of 5+0.074 mm at the following proportions of components, wt. %: bio-coal - 30%, zeolites - 10%, ore-enrichment waste of tin-containing raw materials - 60%. Ore-enrichment wastes of tin-containing raw materials are dusts, stabilised under natural conditions for 3 to 10 years.
EFFECT: reduction of the negative impact of processing waste of crude tin ore on the objects of the ecosphere from technogenic pollution caused by toxic wastes stored in the tailing dump and improvement of the recultivation efficiency.
