FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and processing industry and can be used for reproduction of productivity of disturbed lands by mine dumps and tailing dumps containing toxic wastes of processing of mineral raw material. Composition for reclamation of the surface of tailing dumps contains bio-coal and industrial components, an adsorbent represented by zeolites and bio-humus obtained from spent tree oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus). Technogenic components are represented by ore-beneficiation wastes of tin-bearing raw material of fineness of -5+0.074 mm. Composition has the following ratio of components, wt%: bio-coal – 30 %, zeolites – 5 %, bio-humus – 5 %, wastes of ore-enrichment of tin-containing raw material – 60 %. Tin ore dressing wastes represent dusting wastes stabilized in natural conditions from 3 to 20 years.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of negative impact of wastes of processing of mineral raw materials on objects of ecosphere.
