FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining and processing industries and can be used to fix the dusting surface and reclaim disturbed land, occupied by tailing dams, containing toxic waste from the processing of tin ore raw materials and characterized by a high concentration of heavy metals. Composition contains biochar and technogenic components, and additionally zeolites and humic acids are used as an adsorbent, and technogenic components are represented by ore-enrichment waste from tin-containing raw materials of a particle size of -5+0.074 mm. At the same time, the ore-enrichment of tin-containing raw materials is dusting waste stabilized in natural conditions from 3 to 20 years.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the negative impact of waste processing of tin ore raw materials on ecosphere objects from industrial pollution, as well as in increasing the effectiveness of dust control, increasing its duration and universality and ensuring the possibility of using for biological remediation.
