SUBSTANCE: in the circulating extracellular DNA of peripheral blood plasma, the content of the GC-rich genome sequence (GC-DNA), a fragment of the transcribed ribosomal repeat region of a human, is determined by non-radioactive quantitative hybridization. If the content of the repeat is more than 2 times higher than its content in genomic DNA, it is concluded that there is a chronic process in the body, which is accompanied by increased cell death.
