SUBSTANCE: system of probes for analyzing a nucleic acid sample is claimed, containing: (a) a set of identifying oligonucleotides of a sequence B; (b) a set of fixing oligonucleotides of the formula X'-A'-B'-Z', where within the set: (i) sequences A' and B' are varied, and (ii) sequences X' and Z' are different from each other and are not variables; and also, where within each fixing oligonucleotide: (i) sequence A' is complementary to a genomic fragment of the nucleic acid sample, and (ii) sequence B' is complementary to at least one of elements of the set of identifying oligonucleotides; where each identifying oligonucleotide or its complementary sequence B' in the fixing oligonucleotide identifies (i) the locus in a genome from which the genomic fragment is obtained, or (ii) a chromosome from which the genomic fragment is obtained; and also (c) one or more probe sequences containing X and Z, where sequences X and Z are not variable and are hybridized with X' and Z' sequences; where each fixing oligonucleotide is able to be hybridized with: (i) probe sequences, (ii) an element of the set of identifying oligonucleotides, and (iii) the genomic fragment, resulting in a ligated complex of the formula X-A-B-Z.

EFFECT: probe system can be used, for example, to identify chromosomal aneuploidy in extracellular DNA.
