SUBSTANCE: part is deformed with a deforming element while passing through the zone of contact between the deforming element and the surface being treated of a pulsed electric current of 2-5 kA, a voltage of 2-3 V, with a pulse duration of 0.08-0.2 s and a pulse frequency of 0.16-0.4 Hz. Running is carried out with a force of 50-3000 N with a deformation spot displacement speed of 50-100⋅10-3 m/s with a longitudinal feed of 0.08-0.12 mm/rev.
EFFECT: adhesive strength between the coating and the substrate is increased.
