FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: production method involves rotating a bulk conducting metal matrix immersed in a slurry having the following composition (wt %): faujasite structure zeolite 32-37; kaolin 11-15; water 28.5-30.0; sodium carboxymethylcellulose 8.0-8.5; polyvinyl alcohol 4.5-5.0; hydrogen peroxide 3.0-4.5; glue foam frother 2.5; sodium hydroxide 4.0. Further, drying is carried out in a stream of heated air, heat treatment and uniform cooling.
EFFECT: method allows to provide increased rates of heating and cooling of the block material for effective realisation of the cyclic adsorption-desorption process with the heat-purging regeneration.
