SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the carrier for developing an electrostatic latent image, used for the electrophotographic method or an electrostatic recording method, and a two-component developer, an auxiliary developer, an image forming method, a process cartridge, and an image forming device using the carrier. The claimed group of inventions comprises a carrier for carrying a developing electrostatic latent toner image, a two-component developer, an auxiliary developer, an image forming device, a process cartridge, and an image forming method. Moreover, the carrier for carrying the developing electrostatic latent toner image comprises magnetic core particles and a coating layer on the surface of each of the magnetic core particles, wherein the coating layer comprises electroconductive particles, wherein the electroconductive particles are electroconductive particles, in which the white inorganic pigments are coated with tin oxide doped with phosphorus, or tin oxide doped with tungsten, wherein the level of doping tin with phosphorus or tungsten in the tin oxide doped with phosphorus or in the tin oxide doped with tungsten, is from 0.010 to 0.100, and wherein the diameter R1 (mcm) of the white inorganic pigments in the electroconductive particles and the diameter R2 (mcm) of the electroconductive particles satisfy the following expression: 1.4≤R2/R1≤2.6.

EFFECT: providing the carrier for developing the electrostatic latent image used for the two-component developer used in the electrophotographic method or the electrostatic recording method that can achieve its high durability, and the two-component developer, the auxiliary developer, the image forming method, the process cartridge and the image forming device using the carrier.
