Disclosed group of inventions includes toner, developer containing toner, image forming apparatus and process cartridge. Toner contains crystalline resin and non-crystalline resin, where on image in reflected electrons, captured by scanning electron microscope, shearing of toner coloured with ruthenium tetroxide, fraction of ruthenium tetroxide coloured regions varies from 50 % of area up to 80 % of area, where on the image in reflected electrons, captured by scanning electron microscope, surface of toner, coloured by ruthenium tetroxide, fraction of ruthenium tetroxide coloured regions varies from 10 % of area up to 40 % of area.

EFFECT: providing toner which has excellent low-temperature fixation and prevents scattering of toner and blurring of background.
