SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers of fluids that can be sued in construction, chemical, food industries and other industrial branches. Proposed mixer comprises casing accommodating vertical shaft with rotor. Different-length spokes are arranged on said rotor to support diffuser-confuser and arc-like element. Cylindrical barrel is arranged inside casing, furnished with stationary rectangular turbulator. Barrel has collar to discharge ready products into circular space between casing and barrel.
