FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: system for video surveillance from a vehicle (V) 1, wherein video surveillance is performed from several V moving along specified trajectories. Each V is equipped with a video camera 2 connected via a video input card 3 to a computer 4 having a receiving-transmitting device (RTD) 5 through which radio communication with RTD 20, computer 18 and monitor 19 of command post 17 is carried out. Four additional video cameras 13 with a multiplexer 14, a motion direction measuring sensor 7, a travel distance sensor 8, an ultrasonic location sensor 9, an alarm device 10, the first pair of sensors 12 of the horizontal and vertical rotation angles of the video camera 2 and the first drives 11 of the horizontal and vertical movement of the video camera 2 connected to the inputs of the first pair of sensors 12 are mounted on the V and connected to the computer 4. One of the additional video cameras 13. 11 is equipped with the second drives 15 of horizontal and vertical movement which control inputs are connected to the computer 4, and the second outputs are connected to the corresponding inputs of the second pair of sensors 16 of horizontal and vertical rotation angles are connected to the computer 4 with their outputs. Six cameras 13. 5-13. 10 of the additional cameras form three systems of stereo surveillance with a common field of view, close to 180°, which allows to avoid ambiguity when choosing the bypassing side of insurmountable obstacles on the way of the V when it moves along the specified given trajectory.
EFFECT: video surveillance system allows to increase the reliability of automatic control of territories, including insurmountable obstacles on the way of the vehicle.
