FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set of lux biosensors consisting of Escherichia coli cell samples transformed by plasmids with bacterial luxCDABE-genes under the control of inducible stress promoters PalkA, PoxyR, PsoxS, PcolD and PgrpE. This invention can be used for assessment of the degree of environmental pollution by toxic products of incomplete oxidation of asymmetric dimethylhydrazine (ADMH).
EFFECT: invention allows quick determination of NDMH partial oxidation genotoxic products content in the environment under stationary or field conditions.
