SUBSTANCE: two-row pancreaticojejunoanastomosis is formed end in the side at the blind end of the small intestine loop. The anastomosis is imposed at a distance of 7-10 centimeters from the blind end and 12 cm from hepaticojejunostomy.
EFFECT: method reduces the risk of postoperative complications related to pancreaticojejunoanastomosis insolvency during pancreaticoduodenectomy, by reducing the pancreatic juice pressure on the anastomosis seams.
