SUBSTANCE: basic infusion therapy is determined in the post-shock period of burn disease. At that, the area of the surface and deep burns is determined. The patient's weight is measured, then the volume of infusion therapy is calculated by the formula: V=m(0,5Ss+1,5Sd)×K1×K2, where: V is the estimated volume of intravenous infusion, ml, m is body weight, in kg, Ss is surface burn, in % of body surface, Sd is deep burn area, in % of body surface, K1 is a correction factor that takes into account the patient's age, K2 is a correction factor that takes into account the patient's weight. For each 1% of the surface burn, 0.5 ml of liquid is injected intravenously. For each 1% of the deep burn - 1.5 ml of liquid.

EFFECT: method allows to standardize the infusion therapy, does not cause hyperhydration and associated complications.
