FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, combustiology, and can be used for biotechnological restoration of skin in extensive deep skin burns of III degree. Burn wound is treated by ultrasound. Then, autodermoplasty is performed with a split perforated skin graft of thickness 0.2–0.3 mm with perforation of cells in ratio of 1:6 and more. Transplantation of autologous cells of stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue (SVF AT) is performed, with content of autologous cells of stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue in amount of not less than 10×106 and viability of not less than 80%. One part of the solution is introduced into perforated cells of the transplant at depth of 0.5–1.0 mm with a frequency of at least 1 injection per 2–3 cm2, in a dose of at least 0.05 ml per injection. Second part of the solution is sprayed over the graft.
EFFECT: method provides more effective engraftment of the perforated autografts, which in turn enables to reduce the length of epithelisation of the transplanted perforated autografts when introducing autologous cells of SVF AT into the burn wound during autodermoplasty, as well as avoiding postoperative complications.
