SUBSTANCE: total area of superficial burns (%), area of deep burns (%), age, presence of inhalation injury are determined. ISTI is determined in points according to the declared formula. A probability of a favorable outcome of HAI in % is calculated by the declared formula. Based on the obtained values of the ISTI and HAI, the therapeutic approach to the patients with thermal injury is selected.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to predict a favorable outcome in patients with thermal injury, developing routing algorithms, diagnosing and treating patients by evaluating a complex of the most significant indicators.
