FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: bell-shaped elements made from wire material of metal cutting with fixing parts of the vibration isolator fixed to them are set by bases on each other. Fasten and staple a continuously made spiral of steel wire. The pitch of the spiral is selected in such a way that, when screwing, the end of the spiral is precisely placed into the holes that are equidistant in the circumferential direction along the perimeter of the bases. After screwing, the spirals are cut off and pressed. The end turns of the spiral are left free or welded by point or roller welding. In the method according to the first version, the spiral is screwed in until the coils of the spiral, which when the spring is separated from the spiral by its end turns, come into contact with each other. In the method of the second embodiment, the screwing is performed in succession in separate sectors. In the method of the third version, the spirals are screwed simultaneously into all sectors. In the method of the fourth embodiment, the spirals are first simultaneously wound in all sectors to a position where one or two holes remain in each sector. Then the final twisting of the second in the direction of the circumferential displacement of the spiral of each pair of sectors is made, and then the first.

EFFECT: possibility of automating the process of fastening the bell-shaped elements of the vibration isolator.
