FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: coagulate the Nd: YAG laser in Q-switched mode with a wavelength of 659 nm, a pulse duration of 200 ms, a duty cycle of 250 ms, a power of 350 to 450 mW, and a pulse count of 40-60. Immediately thereafter, the action is performed by an Nd: YAG 1064 nm laser in Burst Mode III, 3 pulses per volley, pulse energy 1.6-2.8 mJ, pulse number 5-15. The total amount of energy does not exceed 160 mJ. After this, micro-invasive vitrectomy 27G with a simultaneous intravenous infusion of 150 ml of donor plasma is carried out every other day.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment of hemophthalmia, especially those organized, and to achieve a stable maximum therapeutic effect in a short time without side effects and postoperative complications typical of diabetic patients on hemodialysis.
