SUBSTANCE: video decoding method is disclosed using the internal prediction by the decoding device, wherein the method comprises: determining the internal prediction mode as a vertical prediction mode for the current block based on the prediction mode information obtained from the bit stream; deducing the prediction sample of the current block based on the first reference sample located in the vertical direction against the prediction sample location, wherein the first reference sample is located on the upper side of the upper current block boundary; filtering the prediction sample, that is adjacent to the left current block boundary, using the second reference sample, wherein the second reference sample is located on the left side of the left current block boundary; and generating the reconstructed sample of the current block based on the filtered sample of the current prediction block.
EFFECT: video decoding with the internal prediction.
