The expected result is achieved by deriving the internal prediction mode for the current block; generating prediction mode information based on the internal prediction mode; generating a prediction sample of the current block based on the internal prediction mode; generating residual information based on prediction samples; and encoding of image information, including prediction mode information and residual information, while the internal prediction mode is a horizontal prediction mode having a horizontal prediction direction, while prediction samples are generated based on the first reference samples located along the horizontal prediction direction relative to the locations of prediction samples, while the prediction sample, which borders the upper boundary of the current block, from among the mentioned prediction samples, they are filtered based on the second reference sample located along the vertical direction relative to the location of the prediction sample, while the second reference sample borders on the upper side of the prediction sample, and the filtering coefficient applied to the value of the prediction sample is greater than the filtering coefficient applied to the value of the second reference sample.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of video data prediction.
