SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of internal prediction for decoding pictures using a decoding device, the method comprising steps of: receiving prediction mode information; determining an intra prediction mode for a current picture block based on prediction mode information; when predetermined internal prediction mode for current block is vertical prediction mode, obtaining prediction samples of current block based on vertical prediction mode, wherein the prediction sample, among the prediction samples, is obtained based on the first reference sample located along the vertical prediction direction with respect to the prediction sample location, wherein the first reference sample is located on the upper side of the upper boundary of the current block; and filtering the prediction sample based on the second reference sample, when the prediction sample is adjacent to the left boundary of the current block, wherein the second reference sample is located along the prediction pattern location horizontal direction, wherein the second reference sample is located on the left side of the left border of the current block.
